With our Tenant App, you can set up automatic rent payments and let the system do the work for you. Once set up, your rent is automatically deducted each time it’s due, so long as you have funds in your account. It’s the easiest way to stay on top of your rent and avoid missed payments.

OurTenant is a user-friendly app designed to make managing your rental experience simple and convenient. It allows you to pay rent, request maintenance, view important documents, and much more, all from your phone.
You can easily set up automatic rent payments through Direct Debit or a Credit/Debit Card in the app. You can also pay in person via Australia Post, Centrepay or Manual EFT with no extra charge.
- Yes, transaction fees apply based on your chosen payment method:
- Direct Debit $1.95 per transaction.
- Card Payments 1.95% + 30c per transaction.
- Australia Post $5 for cash payments (no rewards benefits).
- Manual EFT Free of charge.
Yes! You can view and download your complete payment history directly through the OurTenant app or online portal at any time.
When you set up automatic payments using Direct Debit or a Credit Card, you’ll gain access to the OurProperty Rewards Program, offering discounts on groceries, fuel, travel, and more.
If there are insufficient funds in your account when a payment is due, the system will send you a notification. The payment will be retried automatically until it’s successful. If needed, you can also pay manually using a credit card or another payment method.
